Regis Recruitment is a local supplier of Temporary and Permanent Staff – primarily to South Wales for the last 20 years, and has supported Clients in short and long term contracts, also in other parts of the UK.
We are looking for a Development Executive for 2022 (mostly office based Newport) to develop the Company brand in many sectors and to expand the current existing portfolio, plus the creation of new Customers.
Hours are from 9 am to 5pm Mon to Fri (less 30 mins lunch)
Initially your role will be office based in Newport in order to establish your platform with set targets for KPI to conversions. You will need to establish firm bookings within an agreed trial period in order to prove your ability as a consummate professional
You must have a proven track record in B2B sales and you must remain flexible in the creation of new accounts in line with Company Terms of Business
You must be able to plan your week and identify your decision makers correctly and demonstrate potential leads with a sound approach to converting these leads into meetings or bookings and give a daily brief to the line Manager of successes/failures
Essential Qualities
- A good and professional telephone manner
- Proactive, highly motivated and enthusiastic attitude
- Previous experience in either a Recruitment or Sales background
- A proven track record in closing sales / conversions
- A passion of creating and building relationships with customers
- A positive attitude to the sales process
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Solid background in telesales / Field sales and account management
- Must be able to identify correct decision makers (M.A.N)
- Capable of obtaining meeting / bookings at short notice
- Capable of working to deadlines and targets
- Strong admin skills
- Good PC skills
Preferred Qualities
- Previous sales experience in a Recruitment business preferred
- Able to handle enquiries and deal with costings
- Able to follow up via email or letter / rates / quotes quic
