Regis Recruitment also acts as an Employment Agency for the purposes of Permanent contracts for workers
and as such acts as a Data Controller.
As part of our recruitment process we must process data pertinent to each applicant either for specific or general work- finding services.
All applicants can apply (free of charge) to us for the purposes of sourcing work opportunities, in the form of postal or electronic applications,
which may then be followed up by a request to attend a formal interview and registration, with the staff of Regis Recruitment.
By applying for work with Regis Recruitment, you expressly consent to sensitive or personal data being retained by Regis Recruitment Ltd,
for the purposes of work –finding services
Also as part of our recruitment process, you agree to supply Regis Recruitment Ltd with a current
up-dated CV and documentation or certification which has not expired within the past 3 months
The minimum 3 areas are required to be supported with original documentation in order to ascertain your eligibility to work in the UK
1 – Proof of ID
2 – Proof of current residing address
3 – Proof of UK National Insurance number
By submitting your CV you agree that all the information on that CV is a true and accurate record, and that you have omitted no facts which may affect your future employment.
Any engagement entered into, is subject to documentary evidence to include verification of any professional qualification, and previous work references.
Where driving is part of the job role, we will ask to view /copy your driving licence, and any other qualification cards which would be required for insurance purposes.
A DVLA check will be performed at interview and may be reviewed every 3-6 months for any changes
That you agree to notify Regis Recruitment immediately you become aware any of your information has changed from the above
Your data may only be shared with any 3rd party Clients as part of the recruitment process or certification
The Client’s details will not be divulged to the applicant until pre interview stage confirmations
We will only request your bank details once you have commenced an assignment. Any pay records or payslips will be retained on your file for the same period.
Your bank details can only be accessed via the Bank 3 stage random pin activation code. Upon leaving our employment, a P45 will be raised and your bank details will be erased from our banking system
Banking records within 4 weeks of termination
We will retain your file / profile data for a maximum period of 6 years, after which, if there has been no further contact with you, then all your information will be automatically deleted
Should you wish to have your information deleted before the expiry date, you must write to the Director of Regis Recruitment Ltd, explaining the reasons why.
