The role will be based at our Newport office.
Salary is dependent on experience £22,000 – £24,950 pa.
Min of 1yr experience in a recruitment company in a recruitment consultant position.
Mon to Fri 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hr week – 1 hr lunch unpaid).
In house training and skills development on database systems.
20 + 8 statutory holidays per year increasing + 1 day per year’s service up to max 25day’s.

The key aim of this role (360) is to produce is to deliver a min standard of qualified sales leads and bookings and to retain the best possible level of customer service, whilst maintaining and expanding the existing customer base, and by taking ownership of your Clients requirements.
There is no restriction as to where or who you can approach.
Ideally we are looking for previous experience in either Industrial or Commercial success with the ability to achieve and exceed expectations for the Client.
This is not a role for a Trainee.
You must possess a strong level of administration skills and common sense to realise that not all customers pay on time which requires strict financial controls thus reducing unnecessary paperwork.

Essential Requirements
- Must have a min of 1yr recruitment experience.
- Must have a 360 mindset.
- Able to prove a previous successful track record.
- Capable of dealing with Clients at all levels confidently.
- Must be able to prove customer conversion.
- Must be able to convert sales calls to bookings within 4 weeks of your start date.

- Able to get to Newport by start time.
- Capable of visiting Customers at planned times.
- Confident in quotations and pricing.
- Able to think creatively.
- Good telephone /sales manner.
